Introduction

Welcome to the application of "JWEAR Fit" (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us" or "JWEAR Fit") to provide you with exercise guidance and health services. JWEAR Fit attaches great importance to the security and privacy protection of users' personal information, and will strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations and industry security standards, and take perfect technical and management measures to ensure the security of your data.

In order to provide better sports and health services, we need to collect your: network information (operator information), location information (precise location information, exercise tracks, etc.), Bluetooth information (turn Bluetooth on or off, connect to nearby devices), obtain body movement information, and data that you actively upload. This information can help to calculate exercise data more accurately, and sports health information is used to store and display it for users.

After you exit the "JWEAR Fit" app, the app will still access the mobile phone sensor to obtain step counting data, and connect to the network to complete data synchronization, message receiving, device software update and log upload services.

In order to manage your JWEAR Fit data, we provide registration and login functions through the account service. Before use, please read and agree to the privacy statement of the relevant account to understand the rules for the collection, use and sharing of personal information. Once logged in, we will use your account information (nickname, profile picture) and personal data (gender, date of birth), the former for in-app display, and the latter for more accurate exercise suggestions.

1. How Your Personal Information is Collected and Used

1.1 JWEAR Fit Device Management

In order to manage your JWEAR Fit device (including smart watches, eco-devices and third-party devices), we need to collect the following information: device identifier (MAC address, IMEI), hardware parameters, usage data, system information, and network status. This data will be used to establish Bluetooth connections, configure devices, push upgrades, display data sources, and count activations to continuously optimize your experience.

In order to provide the linkage function between the smart wearable device and the mobile phone, we need to synchronize your mobile phone calendar schedule and basic system information to the wearable device. After connecting the JWEAR Fit device via Bluetooth, we will obtain sports health data, device logs, location information, and device parameters. You can stop data collection at any time by disconnecting Bluetooth or unbinding your device.

In order to optimize the accuracy of data monitoring, the nickname, gender, birthday, height, weight and other information you fill in [My]-[Personal Information] in the JWEAR Fit app will be synchronized to your connected smart wearable devices (such as bracelets/watches).

In order to support the call function of wearable devices, some devices need to sync your phone contacts and call logs so that you can receive or make calls directly on the device.

When connecting a JWEAR Fit device, JWEAR Fit only provides a device upgrade channel, and the firmware version is responsible for the manufacturer. For the purpose of statistical activation and analysis of device issues, we collect device identification and usage information, as detailed in the User Agreement and Privacy Statement

When a third-party app interacts with your smart wearable device through JWEAR Fit, it can obtain a random device identifier (resettable and app-independent), name, hardware parameters, and usage status (such as charging/in-use), and push notifications. With your explicit authorization, sensor data (e.g., type of movement, sleep status), wearing status, device logs, and location information can also be obtained.

When you use the weather forecast function of your wearable device, we will provide your location information to the weather service provider so that we can push local weather information for you. You can turn off this feature at any time in the app's device management to stop location sharing.

If you use the location function, the positioning SDK we use requires you to turn on the device location permission and collect the location information of the device (latitude and longitude, precise location, rough location) [through IP address, GNSS information, WiFi status, WiFi parameters, WiFi list, SSID, BSSID, base station information, signal strength information, Bluetooth information, sensor information (vector, acceleration, pressure, direction, geomagnetic), device signal strength information acquisition, external storage directory] , device identification information (IMEI, IDFA, IDFV, Android ID, MEID, MAC address, OAID, IMSI, ICCID, hardware serial number), current application information (application name, application version number), device parameters, and system information (system attributes, device model, operating system, and carrier information).

During your use of the service, we will automatically record the following network log information: telecom operator, network environment, language, access time, and operation records (such as stay time, page refresh, etc.) for service optimization and security assurance.

1.2 JWEAR Fit Data Management

1.2.1 Management of Personal Information

In order to optimize sports data analysis, we need you to provide basic information such as gender, age, height, weight, etc., which can be modified at any time through "My > Personal Information". The absence of this data may affect the accuracy of the calculations, but it does not prevent you from using the basic functions of the device normally.

1.2.2 Sports data management

In order to better record and analyze your exercise, we will collect the following data: type of exercise (such as walking, running, climbing, etc.), exercise track, duration, number of steps, distance, calorie burn, climbing height and speed, etc. This data will be used to provide you with accurate sports statistics and personalized services. You can view or manage this information at any time in the APP.

The outdoor movement track recording function of this service is provided by "JWEAR Fit" and is implemented based on Google Maps. When using this feature, your location information will be collected for trajectory plotting, and Google Maps may need to obtain device identifiers and network information. The data is collected and processed in accordance with Google's privacy policy, which is recommended to be read carefully before use.

If you choose not to provide this information, you will not be able to enable cloud storage of your sports data. This means that when you uninstall an app or change your device, the recorded motion data will not be retained. Please note, however, that this will not affect the normal use of the device's local motion data recording function.

1.2.3 Health data management

In order to provide you with health monitoring services, we need to collect health data (which is sensitive personal information), including sleep, heart rate, blood pressure, blood sugar, etc. This data will be used for measurement, recording and statistical analysis in order to provide you with personalized health management services. You can manage this data in the app at any time.

If you choose not to provide relevant health data, you will not be able to enable cloud storage services. This means that when you uninstall an app or change devices, the health data that has been recorded will not be retained. However, you can still use the local health data management function of the device.

1.3 User Feedback

Users can submit questions through the "Feedback" function in the app. For easy tracking and reply, the system will take your ANDROID_ID as a user ID. We will strictly protect your personal information and only use it for our communication and problem solving.

1.4 User Experience Improvement Services

When you encounter a problem, you can submit feedback through the "Suggestions" function in the App (you need to fill in the problem description and contact information). To efficiently resolve issues, the system collects the following information: device identifiers, hardware parameters, system logs, and running process data. This data is only used for problem diagnosis and will be automatically deleted for a specified period of time after the processing has been completed. If you choose not to provide it, it may affect the efficiency of problem resolution, but it will not prevent other functions from working normally.

2. Device permission call

Self-start permission: This application has a self-start function, and its core purpose is to ensure the stable reception and timely response of Bluetooth device motion data. To ensure that the app can still receive data when it is closed or running in the background, the system will send a broadcast at a reasonable frequency to wake up the app – a self-starting mechanism that is fundamental to the implementation of Bluetooth functions and services. When the system broadcast is triggered, the application will quickly resume the running state through the auto-start behavior, so as to maintain the continuity and stability of Bluetooth data transmission and ensure timely response to Android devices.

Storage permissions: When you use functions such as sharing, vibrating step counting, or account login, you can select the corresponding permissions to allow the app to read or write the following information: app usage history, pictures, videos, and step count data. If you do not need to use the relevant services, you can turn off the corresponding permissions at any time, and this operation will not affect the normal use of other functions.

Camera permissions: When you connect your device by scanning a QR code, we will request permission if you need to take a picture to complete the pairing. You can disable this permission at any time, and this operation will not affect the normal use of other functions.

Location permissions: When you use functions such as a single motion to generate a track map, Bluetooth pairing, or location search, you can choose to enable the corresponding permissions if you need to obtain the current location information. You can turn off this permission at any time, and this operation will not affect the use of other functions.

Bluetooth permissions: Bluetooth permissions are used to obtain device power, steps, heart rate permissions, etc.

Network permissions: Network permissions are applied to basic services such as downloading watch face resources, submitting application problem feedback, reporting running logs, detecting version updates, activating account authorizations, and verifying logins.

Access Device Information Status: The user device information is actually verified.

Contacts permission: When you sync your contacts to your watch through your wearable device, your watch will automatically display the contact's name when a call comes in. If you need to disable this function, you can turn off the relevant permissions at any time, and it will not affect the normal use of other services.

Physical activity: When you independently monitor your activity through your mobile phone, you need to enable the corresponding permission to enable the step counting function. If this permission is disabled, you will not be able to obtain the exercise step data.

3. Protection of Minors

If you are a minor, you need to use it under the premise that your guardian has expressly consented to your use of this application and agreed to the relevant terms of service. At the same time, parents or guardians should take necessary measures to perform guardianship duties, including supervising minors' reasonable use of this application.

4. Manage your data

In order to protect your rights and interests in personal information in the "JWEAR Fit" app, we have integrated the following management permissions into the product functions: you can easily access, correct or delete your personal information, and support the withdrawal of authorization at any time. The specific operation guidelines are explained below.

4.1 Access to Personal Information

After installing the "JWEAR Fit" app and logging in, the system will automatically sync the personal information stored in the cloud to the local device. You can view health and sports indicators in real time through the sports data card, including step count, sleep, heart rate, blood oxygen, blood pressure and other data record cards, and you can also view the synchronization status of connected wearable devices on the device page. On the "Me" page, you can view your profile picture, basic information (nickname, gender, date of birth, height, weight) and sports settings.

4.2 Updating Personal Information

You can update your avatar and personal information (including nickname, gender, date of birth, height, and weight) on the "My" page, but please note that the data collected by the smart wearable device automatically and synchronously (such as physiological indicators, etc.) does not support manual editing for the time being.

5. Where and for how long the data will be stored

The above information will be encrypted and stored in a server cluster in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, and we strictly comply with relevant national laws and regulations and cross-border data security standards to protect your data security and privacy rights.

We manage your personal information strictly on a "minimum necessary" basis: it will only be retained for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes of the services described in this Privacy Statement; After the retention period is exceeded, it will be deleted or anonymized according to the data classification and grading standards, unless the retention period is expressly required by relevant laws and regulations.

In order to ensure the security of your data, your personal information and sports health data will be securely bound to the smart wearable device based on the unique identification of the device, and all data transmission will be securely encrypted and stored in the "JWEAR Fit" dedicated cloud server cluster certified by the national information security level protection.

We will store the questionnaire information collected in the questionnaire survey business and the equipment information obtained from the upgrade service in accordance with the principle of "minimum necessity": it will be retained for six months from the date of collection; If you voluntarily cancel your account, we will immediately activate the security deletion mechanism to completely erase all your associated data under the premise of complying with national cybersecurity regulations.

In the user experience improvement service, we will only collect the personal information necessary for the realization of statistical analysis and product optimization, and such data will be retained for six months from the date of collection in strict accordance with the principle of "minimum necessary". After the expiration of the period, we will implement secure deletion or anonymization according to the data classification and grading standards.

In the problem and suggestion feedback service, in order to efficiently locate and solve the problems you feedback, we will implement classified and hierarchical storage management of the log information generated during the service process: the system operation log will be stored in a dedicated file log server for a retention period of 7 natural days; Structured data such as problem descriptions and suggestions submitted by you will be securely stored for 24 months in accordance with the principle of "service improvement necessary period". After the retention period expires, we will securely delete or anonymize the data in accordance with the national cybersecurity regulations and privacy protection policies.

6. How to Contact Us

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or personal information protection measures, or need to make a complaint, we have set up a dedicated personal information protection department, and you can contact them through the "Questions and Suggestions" page, and we will reply as soon as possible.

If you are not satisfied with our reply, especially when our personal information processing has harmed your legitimate rights and interests, you can also file a lawsuit with a people's court with jurisdiction, file a complaint with an industry self-regulatory association or relevant government management agency or other external channels. You can also ask us for information about the relevant complaint channels that may apply.

Your information will always be collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found in the Consumer Business Privacy Statement.

7. Account Cancellation

7.1 If you need to cancel your account, you must meet the following conditions:

(1) Your account security status is good, and no abnormal login behavior has been found in the past 30 days according to system monitoring;

(2) After system verification, your account has not been included in any complaint and report handling process, and the account status is normal;

(3) Your account has no unused rights and interests, and you need to use it before cancellation, otherwise it will be automatically abandoned after cancellation, and the platform will not compensate you;

(4) You will permanently waive the ownership and traceability rights of such data, and the Platform will no longer provide data recovery services;

(5) Your account cancellation application has passed the security review, and there are no pending complaints, disputes, lawsuits or investigations by competent authorities, nor are there potential legal risks affecting the cancellation process;

(6) After verification, your account has settled all legal obligations, and there are no outstanding legal obligations or obligations to be performed;

(7) After your account cancellation application is submitted, the relevant data will be destroyed within 7 calendar days. After the cancellation takes effect and until the data is deleted, the account will be frozen and will not be able to log in, operate, or access data during this period.

Account cancellation process: You need to log in to the JWEAR Fit APP, enter [Me] - [Settings] - [Account and Security] - [Account Cancellation], and the system will automatically verify the account information to ensure the safety of the operation; Please note that account cancellation is irreversible, all data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered, and all account rights and services will be terminated after cancellation;

7.2 Consequences of Account Cancellation

You acknowledge and agree that the following irreversible consequences will occur after the account cancellation is completed:

(1) You will not be able to rely on the account to perform any permission operations;

(2) You will be permanently unable to use the account to log in to the JWEAR Fit APP and any related services;

(3) After cancellation, we will erase your data, and you will not be able to retrieve all the information and data you have stored and used under the account;

(4) Other services or rights that may affect your enjoyment based on the account (including but not limited to the authorization and binding of third-party platforms);
