iMeWear User Agreement

Important Note: Please read this agreement carefully, especially the terms that exempt or limit liability (displayed in bold). By downloading, installing or using iMeWear, you agree to be bound by all the terms of this agreement.
1. Scope of the Agreement
1.1 This agreement applies to the iMeWear App and all Internet products and services it provides.
1.2 This agreement is a legal agreement between you and iMeWear regarding the use of our products and services.
1.3 This Agreement includes but is not limited to the following:
- Privacy Policy
- All kinds of rules, announcements or notices that have been published or may be published in the future
- Separate agreements for specific products or services
iMeWear has the right to revise this Agreement as needed, and the revised content will take effect after the website announcement. If you do not agree to the revised content, you should immediately stop using our products and services.
2. Introduction to Products and Services
2.1 iMeWear is committed to providing stable online services, but service interruptions may occur due to network and other factors.
2.2 Some products and services require payment, and we will clearly indicate the relevant fees.
2.3 You are responsible for the equipment and network costs required to use iMeWear.
2.4 iMeWear has the right to update, modify or upgrade products and services without further notice.
3. Intellectual Property Statement
3.1 iMeWear owns all intellectual property rights of the App and related content.
3.2 Unless otherwise specified, all technical and information content in iMeWear belongs to us.
3.3 "iMeWear" and related logos are our trademarks or registered trademarks.
3.4 All rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement are reserved by iMeWear.
4. User Privacy System
4.1 We strictly abide by the Privacy Policy to protect your personal information.
4.2 You may need to provide real identity information to use certain functions.
4.3 You can view and modify some personal information at any time.
4.4 We may disclose your information only in the following circumstances:
- Required by laws and regulations
- Company merger, division, etc.
- Obtain your authorization
- Academic research or public interest
4.5 We attach great importance to the protection of minors' information. Minors should use our services under the guidance of their guardians.
5. Account Management
5.1 Registration Qualifications
You should have full civil capacity to register and use iMeWear.
5.2 Account Usage 5.2.1 You must provide true, legal and valid information when registering.
5.2.2 The ownership of the account belongs to iMeWear, and you only have the right to use it.
5.3 Account Security You must keep your account and password properly and be responsible for all actions under the account.
5.4 Account Cancellation If you need to cancel your account, please send an email to shenzhenmijiao@imijiao.com. The account cannot be restored after cancellation, so please back up your data in advance.
6. Usage Guidelines
6.1 You should abide by laws and regulations and socialist core values when using our services.
6.2 The following content is prohibited:

If you violate the usage regulations, iMeWear has the right to delete the relevant content, restrict or terminate your account usage rights, and reserves the right to pursue legal liability.
7. Disclaimer
7.1 iMeWear is not responsible for service interruptions caused by force majeure.
7.2 We are not responsible for service problems caused by the following situations:
- Computer virus or hacker attack
- System or hardware failure
- Improper user operation
- Unauthorized use
7.3 We do not guarantee that we can detect and deal with all illegal content in a timely manner.
8. Service Change and Termination
8.1 iMeWear has the right to take the following measures according to the circumstances:
- Delete illegal content
- Limit or terminate account usage
- Recover account
- Pursue legal liability
8.2 We have the right to change, suspend or terminate part or all of the services.
8.3 After the service is terminated, we may delete the relevant data and have no obligation to return it.
9. Advertising
9.1 You agree to receive advertising information provided by us or third parties.
9.2 You should judge the authenticity of the advertisements on your own and bear the corresponding risks.
9.3 Advertising information shall not be blocked or filtered without permission.
10. Other provisions
10.1 The invalidity of some clauses of this Agreement shall not affect the validity of other clauses.
10.2 The title of the Agreement is only for the convenience of reading and shall not affect the interpretation of the clauses.
